人名。 南宋杭州人， 生卒年不詳。 孝宗淳熙年間為畫院學生， 光宗紹興年間為畫院待詔， 寧宗時受御賜金帶。 師張訓禮， 精山水人物， 筆墨精嚴， 著色妍麗， 章法嚴謹、 工整。 後人把他與李唐、 馬遠、 夏圭合稱為“南宋四家”。 因其住在杭州清波門， 時人稱為“劉清波”。 有悉亭客話、 四景山水、 醉僧、 羅漢、 耕織圖等存世。
